The Resonator Optics

Total Reflector and Output Coupler are the key optical components in the laser cavity, are a part of the laser process. The Rear mirror is a Total Reflector or a Partial Reflector. The Rear mirror is made of silicon, copper, molybdenum, germanium, zinc selenide, gallium arsenide, K9 or quartz material. Output Couplers are commonly used as laser output coupler or beam attenuator.Laser output couplers often require a slightly wedged substrate to eliminate interference from multiple reflections inside the component.
