砷化镓透镜
砷化镓是半绝缘体,它在大功率连续 CO2激光系统中可以替代硒化锌用来作透镜和窗口。砷化镓拥有良好的硬度和强度,相对于较软的基底材料,砷化镓在多灰尘或微粒的恶劣环境下,表现更加突出。而较软的基底会允许微粒嵌入光学元件中,这样使得即使再好的镀膜也会无济于事。砷化镓材料不具有吸湿性,其化学特性十分稳定(除非与强酸接触),可以安全使用。
